Learning Curve Day Nursery is open Monday to Friday, all year-round, excluding Bank Holidays.

Our opening hours are 7.30am – 6pm.

Fees

We make parents lives easier by offering a range of sessions to suit their needs. You can choose whether you opt for morning, afternoon, school day or full-day sessions, and we even offer an early start and additional hour at the end of the school day.

Please note, the fees in our schedule exclude Early Years funding. You can find further information on Working Parent Entitlement funding below.

Working Parent Entitlement funding

At Learning Curve, we offer the new government funding for eligible working families.

If you fit the criteria for Working Parent Entitlement, from September 2024 your child will be eligible for:

15 hours per week of free childcare if your child is 9 months to 2 years old
30 hours per week of free childcare if your child is 3 to 4 years old.

How it works

For eligible children attending Learning Curve all year-round, a maximum of 30 funded hours will be claimed for 38 weeks. For children attending term-time only, your 30 funded hours will be claimed for 33 weeks of the year.

Funding periods

There are three funding periods:

1 September to 31 December
1 January to 31 March
1 April to 31 August

Funding for eligible children will be applied for the period following your child’s 3rd birthday and will finish at the end of the period in which they turn 5.

To check whether you are eligible for working parent entitlement you must make an application via HMRC. If you are eligible you will receive an 11 digit eligibility code which will need to be renewed via their website every three months.
